    The ten official Inaugural Balls take place tonight, and two of them — the Neighborhood Ball and the Youth Ball — will be coming to you right here on the blog.

    Tonight at 8pm ET, we will be liveblogging the Neighborhood Ball, keeping you posted on the latest action inside the Washington Convention Center.     My Highlight Of The Inauguration
